Today, we share with you a letter from one such reader:
Dear Jeanette,
I would like to thank you for the reading material you recommended to me a couple of years ago. It changed my life. Although I have read much of what I can get my hands on, the books you suggested were fantastic. I find whenever I hit a “block” I refer to them and find my answer.
These books, helped greatly in understanding myself and my problems, but I have come to realise that insight is not a cure. I now know that reprogramming my subconscious mind is essential in overcoming the symptoms I am still experiencing.

A great many knowledgeable writers have come forward to share their wisdom; to write books that teach us about ourselves and shed light on the issues we face. This insight helps us to take a look into our own lives and our problems, finding comfort in the realisation that we are not alone.
But as our wise reader discovered, “insight is not a cure”. So if you are reading your way through a stack of great books and still feeling like there is a dark cloud hanging over your life, perhaps it’s time to ask for some help.
During hypnotherapy a person is guided to view negative experiences from a different perspective.
Negative thought patterns that are lodged deep in the subconscious mind are substituted with positive ones which leads to restoration of the chemical balance in the brain. In this way all forms of depression, negativity and pessimism can be relieved, often with lasting results.
